Our Service Plans Include:
Receive unlimited calling to the US and Canada with the unlimited extension plan. This plan enables you to make unlimited calls to other Fonex customers and leave business-class voicemails. Calls to mobile phones and other premium numbers may include additional charges. Nevertheless, you cannot deny the value of making unlimited international calls to a multitude of countries.
Receive unlimited inbound calling, as well as unlimited calling to and from Fonex extensions. This package also includes 1000 minutes of outbound calls to the US and Canada. International calls will include an additional charge. The metered extension is great for business looking to explore the possibility of a sound communication network but not entirely in need of international calling. However, its price cannot be matched.

- 15-day Free Trial is only available to new subscribers. Trial is limited to a maximum of 5 users. Trial subscriptions include 50 min of domestic calls per user. Any free trial hardware must be returned within 15 days of trial cancellation in order to avoid hardware charges.
- US and Canada only.
- Additional toll-free minutes billed at 3.9¢/min.
- Phone rental available only with a multi-year contract.
- US-based support is available for accounts with 50 or more users only and US-based implementation is available for accounts with 50 or more users only.
- Fonex Inc. customers can submit a support case online 24/7. Live phone support for Fonex ( 2+ users) plans is available 24/7. Live phone support for Fonex (1 user) is available 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
